DEFENSE - they say in wins championships. In this episode, we discuss the pros and cons of the Cover 0 man-to-man defensive formation in NFL Flag Football with Coach Ian Gallaugher, our Field Director and Player Coordinator. He tells us the best situations for this defense, and how different formations can limit its effectiveness. She tells us how the league got started and the progress it has made as well as reflecting on her own experiences playing flag football as a young female on male-dominated teams. In addition, Megan describes some of her favorite flag football memories and experiences, and where she hopes to see the sport go in the future.
